MoDiP (Molecular dialogue in plant biotic interactions) is an INRA-funded open network of scientists interested in the molecular dialogue between plants and their biotic environment, i.e parasitic, mutualistic or commensal organisms. A better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying this dialogue is a major challenge in life sciences and indispensable to meet major challenges in 21st century agriculture such as sustainable control of diseases and pests or low-input and resilient farming systems.
The MoDiP network and the meeting is open to all participants interested by the molecular, genetic and genomic bases of plant-microbe interactions but not necessarily working on it. Indeed, we kindly invite interested colleagues who are not yet in the Network or from related but different fields such as population genetics and genomics, ecology, plant biology, breeding or epidemiology to come to the meeting.
The MoDip meeting will be held from the 5th to the 7th of November 2025 at the Auberge du Cedre in Lauret, France.
