Registration

If you have already submitted an abstract and have an account, click on "Login" to access your space and proceed to registration.

Registrer 

  • 300€ TTC (273 € HT) for participants who stay overnight at the Auberge du Cèdre.
    This covers participation to the meeting, refreshments at breaks, all meals, two nights at Auberge du Cèdre (in most cases in double rooms).
  • 250€ TTC (227€ HT) for PhDs and post-docs
  • 70€ TTC (63,7HT)  for participation to the meeting only.
    This covers participation to the meeting, refreshments at breaks, meals
    (1 dinner & 2 lunchs)
  • Free for PhDs and post-docs for participation to the meeting only
    (including refreshments at breaks, meals : 1 dinner & 2 lunchs)

Payments should be done by bank transfer or 'order form' (grouped if there are several participants from one research unit). Payment instructions are given on the invoice you will receive after registration.
Alternatively, payment can also be done online, by credit card.

Cancellation before September 30, 2024 
50% of the amount including tax of the services can be canceled without charge.

For cancellations exceeding 50% of the planned services, 50% of the services will be invoiced.

Cancellation after September 30, 2024
75% of the amount including tax of the services will be invoiced.
